Pre Order

If you wish to place an order for a pre-order item and in stock item, delivery will be delayed until all items on the order are in stock to be dispatched. If you wish for your items to be sent separately please place seperate orders or reach out to Customer Care to process an additional shipping fee

Returns

We currently do not offer exchanges. Instead, we offer a credit note to the value of 110% of the purchase price and we accept refunds on full priced purchases. We do not accept refunds on any promotion/ sale/ discounted items. Where a credit note is issued, it will be at 110% of your order value, excluding shipping costs. Credit notes will be sent via email once your return has been processed, and then will be available to use immediately through our online store. 

Returns and credit note refunds are to be sent within 7 days of delivery arriving. Items not received within this time frame will not be accepted.

The garment must be in the exact condition it was sent out in - it must not have been worn, altered or washed and all tags must be attached. If the tags are cut off the garment, it will be assumed that the garment is worn/used and you will be ineligible for a refund. 

Refunds

Full priced items - eligible for a full refund* or online store credit.

Items purchased during a sale or promotion - all sale items are final sale, this includes items purchased during a promotional period.

We do not currently offer refunds on purchases made using AfterPay. These purchases are eligible for an online store credit only.

How to return your item

Please email us at info@louley.net and we will assist you with the return details.

Please note that no returns will be accepted if you have not sent an email to confirm your return. Once it is confirmed please email us a mandatory signature on arrival tracking number, we hold no responsibility of your return if it is lost in transit or not signed for on delivery, so please make sure to use the option that the receiver must sign for the package on delivery. Please note that shipping fees are not refunded unless we have sent you the wrong garment.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
